ARTIST STATEMENT

Chanté Stepney

My name is Chanté and I’ve been a artist since the day I was born, but aren't we all?  Sometimes, we are not confident to admit that the process of living our daily lives is the highest, purest art form that exists.  I am guilty of not always acknowledging the beauty of expression that is...  me.
As  such, I enjoy adding an everyday perspective to my work in order to make each piece memorable and relate able to everyone.  My work is available in various locations, primary in my closet but Commission pieces, public speeches, and personal appearance are also available.
